A summary of which data Emlak Radar processes and why. The binding texts are the two Turkish privacy policies, which are also the information notices under Türkiye's data protection law (KVKK, Law No. 6698).

In short

Data controller: Adnan Kurt (wapps), adnan@wapps.co.
Each team sees only its own notes, calls, portfolio and buyer requests.
No ads, no ad tracking, no third-party analytics. Data is never sold.
Listing data comes from ads published publicly on the listing site and is used only for the sale or rental of the property.
The AI connector starts off in every team, only reads and does not send phone numbers by default.

Where data is kept

Data is kept on Cloudflare's infrastructure; its servers may be outside Türkiye (KVKK article 9). Sign-in e-mails go through Cloudflare, notifications through Apple. Public ad pages are read through Bright Data and Apify; no user's personal data is sent to them.

Retention

Account data: while the team membership lasts
Sessions: at most 90 days
Error logs: 30 days
Weekly backups: 12 weeks
AI connector logs: one year

Your rights

For your rights under KVKK article 11, write to adnan@wapps.co. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest. As the owner of an ad you can also ask for your name or phone number to be deleted.
