Frequently asked questions
Who can use Emlak Radar?
Real-estate office teams. Accounts are opened per team, and the people invited to the team use the app. To ask for an account for your office, write to adnan@wapps.co.
How do I sign in?
At app.emlakradar.co, enter the e-mail address you were invited with and sign in with the code you receive. On iPhone and iPad you can also sign in with Apple.
My sign-in code did not arrive.
Look in your spam folder and check the address you typed. Ask for a new code after a few minutes. If it still does not arrive, write to us.
How do I add a member to the team?
The team owner or an admin sends an invitation from the Ekip (Team) page in the web app. The invited person signs in with their own e-mail address.
Why can't I see an owner's phone number?
The team owner decides who sees phone numbers; ask them for the permission. For an ad whose number has not been read yet, open the ad on the listing site; the Chrome extension adds the number for the team.
How often are ads updated?
Your saved searches are checked every day. An ad page someone on the team opens with the Chrome extension is updated at once.
Who sees our data?
Only the members of your own team. No other team can see your notes, calls or portfolio. Details on the Privacy page.
How do I turn the AI connector on?
The team owner turns it on in the “Yapay zekâ bağlayıcısı” card on the Ekip page; then each member connects. Steps: AI connector.
How do I delete my account?
Write to adnan@wapps.co from the address you sign in with. The team owner can also remove you from the team.
